John Federman Chief Executive Officer As Chief Executive Officer, John Federman is responsible for eStara’s strategic direction, growth and corporate vision. Mr. Federman brings more than 20 years of experience with innovative information technology and media companies to eStara. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Federman was co-founder, president and CEO of Dotomi, an Internet advertising company, and was responsible for its successful rollout in the United States.
Mr. Federman has extensive experience in developing start-up companies and driving them to growth and profitability. As president and CEO of AdSmart, a CMGI company, he grew the company tenfold and orchestrated its sale to Engage. Following AdSmart, he successfully repositioned Newmediary from a destination site to an ASP supporting a private label directory network, and sold that company to CNet Networks. Mr. Federman’s career began at Ziff Davis Publishing, where he held a number of positions culminating as Publisher of PC Week, the world’s Number 1 trade journal.
Mr. Federman is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business and Art.
As Chief Operating Officer, Laurence Stock is a broadly skilled financial executive with 15 years of extensive experience at starting, financing and building growth-oriented companies. His financial and operational strengths will help to lead eStara’s growth efforts.
Prior to joining eStara, Mr. Stock served as CFO/COO of Dotomi.He previously held the position of COO for IMN, Inc., an e-marketing service provider. Laurence also served as CFO of The Reference, Inc., a consulting firm that provided custom analytics and trading solutions to investment managers, where he successfully negotiated and closed a $3 million angel financing and the acquisition of the company by a leading offshore outsourcing provider. As CFO of Benchmarking Partners, Inc., a research-based strategy consulting firm, Mr. Stock negotiated and closed a significant venture capital infusion, secured funding for a software company spin-off and closed a strategic investment from Cisco Systems.
Prior to joining Benchmarking Partners, he was President of CFR, Inc., a Systems VAR/Integrator and Vice President of Operations for Technology Procurement, Inc., a computer hardware integration and export firm, and a Systems Analyst for SUS Group, a UK-based maintenance and systems integration firm.
Mr. Stock holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electronic and Information Sciences and a Post Graduate diploma in Computer Science, both from CambridgeUniversity in England.
Joe Siegrist Chief Technology Officer As Chief Technology Officer, Joe Siegrist directs software development and systems operations for eStara. He has more than a decade of experience in developing internet telephony applications.
An innovative software architect and accomplished VoIP development leader, he holds three patents, including the first VoIP-based application for e-commerce. In addition, Mr. Siegrist is a named inventor on a dozen patent applications in the voice over Internet and Internet-initiated calling space.
Prior to joining eStara, he worked in server operations for UUNET, a major Internet service provider acquired by WorldCom in 1997. Mr. Siegrist received his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Maryland.
Thibaut Behaghel General Manager, eStara Europe As General Manager of eStara Europe, Mr. Behaghel oversees the sales and communications initiatives across Europe. He defines eStara's strategy for each country, and executes plans for expansion. Mr. Behaghel has ensured steady growth of click to call service in this part of the world, positioning eStara as a leader in the e-commerce field. He has also helped to raise eStara's profile within Europe's local media market, with millions of European advertisers using eStara's service through directory and search engine listings with some of Europe's top publishers, including PagesJaunes, SEAT-Pagine Gialle, EuroPages, Heinz Heise and Yahoo! Europe.
Mr. Behaghel joined eStara as part of the company's acquisition of ITXC's eCommerce division, eFusion, where he was manager of the European office. Prior to ITXC, he set up the European subsidiary of American Power Conversion (APC), now the worldwide leader in power protection. Within four years, he established APC's European presence in more than 10 countries, resulting in more than $100 million in revenue.
Mr. Behaghel is a regular speaker at industry trade events across a number of verticals, including travel (PhoCusWright) and directory publishing (EADP).
He holds a MBA from Hautes Etudes Commerciales in Paris.
Cid Jenkins Senior Vice President, Sales, North America
As Senior Vice President, Sales, Cid Jenkins oversees strategic sales initiatives and execution for the North American sales team. For the past six years, Ms. Jenkins has been instrumental in the company's pursuit and subsequent success in the local media market while garnering extensive experience driving revenue for eStara's partners.
Ms. Jenkins' leadership career began as Director of Business Development at GraciasDoctor.com, a comprehensive, multi-cultural health portal. Her international business knowledge started at the Consulate General of Chile and International Sleep Products Assocation.
Ms. Jenkins graduated from EarlhamCollege with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish.
Nancy Liberman Senior Director of Marketing Nancy Liberman brings more than 20 years of high technology experience to eStara, having served in a variety of sales, marketing, and business development roles. As Senior Director of Marketing, Ms. Liberman oversees eStara’s marketing and sales support efforts.
She joined eStara after serving as Vice President, Marketing, at EnvoyWorldWide, where she was responsible for all marketing efforts, including branding, lead generation, corporate communications and sales support. Prior to joining EnvoyWorldWide, she was Vice President of the high technology practice at Clarke & Company, a Boston-based public relations firm, where she spearheaded efforts for IBM’s e-business and software groups and customer reference programs.
Ms. Liberman began her career at Ziff-Davis Publishing, where she held a number of positions at Digital Review and PC WEEK, including marketing manager, regional sales manager and sales development manager. Ms. Liberman holds a Bachelor of Science degree from BostonUniversity.
As Vice President of Sales, Local Media, Shari Solis is tasked with expanding eStara’s client base in the local advertising space, and developing relationships with partner agencies and publishers.She has extensive experience in the call tracking space, working with advertisers to track and maximize the value of their campaigns.
Prior to joining eStara, Ms. Solis served as a sales executive at Cox AutoTrader and Who’s Calling Inc.While serving as vice president of sales at Who’s Calling Inc., Ms. Solis was responsible for quadrupling the call monitoring company’s revenue in four years.Previously, she held sales management positions at TravelClick Inc., CoolSavings.com and Entertainment Publications, Inc.

Brad Timchuk Senior Vice President, Worldwide Business Development Brad Timchuk, Senior Vice President, Worldwide Business Development, drives eStara's global business initiatives and growth plans by helping customers deploy products and services that solve their specific business problems. With more than 20 years of international technology sales and management experience, he is an expert in the global communications market.
Mr. Timchuk joined eStara with its 2001 acquisition of ITXC's eCommerce Division, eFusion, where he was Vice President of Worldwide Sales. While there, he established important Asian and European channels. Previously, he served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Insight Enterprises and Vice President of Sales for NEC. He successfully transitioned the company from channel to direct sales.
